High prevalence of sexual abuse in Ghanaian schools - Report |

Child’s Right non-governmental Organisation, Plan Ghana, has released a damning report about the prevalence of sexual abuse in some Ghanaian schools.
In the latest survey about 14 per cent of female students have been abused by their classmates, teachers and relatives.
The study conducted in Awutu Senya, Effutu and Upper Manya Krobo Districts also revealed that about 10 percent of male students have also been abused sexually. |
